Uptown Plein Air (Dyckman Farmhouse)

Come to the Dyckman Farmhouse to watch neighborhood artists practice their painting or sketching skills as they try to capture the lovely views of the Farmhouse grounds.

There will be a fun twist to this 3rd annual uptown plein air outing hosted by Francis Hsueh: the Farmhouse will get to pick their favorite artwork and keep a special print version of that piece. The artists will have 3 hours to capture the scene, followed by Q&A where we discuss our processes with the public, and of course discover the ‘winning’ artwork.
