Space for Serenity: Gottfried Stoger concert
Gottfreid Stoger, accomplished Jazz and Classical Musician, composer & arranger will be performing on Wed. May 12, 6:30-7:30PM. at St Francis Cabrini Shrine. He will be playing saxophone and other wind instruments accompanied on piano by John Root. Root has played for Itzhak Perlman’s violin studio for 10 years, and has accompanied Perlman himself numerous times.
Program: Ph. Gaubert, Flute Sonata N. 3 in G Major/ J. Brahms, Clarinet Sonata N. 2 in Eb Major/ A. Glazunov, Alto Saxophone Concerto (1934)

BY SUBWAY: TAKE THE A TRAIN TO THE 181ST STREET STOP. EXIT FROM THE FRONT OF THE TRAIN AND LOOK FOR THE 184TH STREET ELEVATORS. GO UP TO FORT WASHINGTON AVE AND TURN RIGHT, AND WALK 2 1/2 BLOCKS TO CABRINI SHRINE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STREET.
