Program Description:
The Scandinavian Music Festival in Fort Tryon Park is a unique series of three outdoor summer concerts performed by musicians of the Scandia Symphony and guest artists. Featuring the musical treasures and culture of Scandinavia, the concerts take place in a scenic and attractive venue, on Billings Lawn, below the Heather Gardens and with spectacular views of Hudson River.
The artists will speak to the audience to introduce the compositions they perform.
Join us for a beautiful cultural experience. Learn, explore, enjoy or just relax on the lawn to the sounds of classical live and outdoor music. Bring your blankets.
