NoMAA have developed a series of programs to foster the works of artists and arts organizations in Washington Heights and Inwood, including technical assistance, and a re-grants program. Through these programs, NoMAA hopes to strengthen the arts community in these parts of upper Manhattan, and increase the visibility of the neighborhoods it serves.
